Abi Fairfull

Founder & CEO

Abi Fairfull is a dedicated advocate and leader in the field of victim services, with over eight years of experience supporting survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. She founded Bridgeway Survivor Services to address the critical gaps in support and resources for victims in North Carolina. Abi's commitment to empowering survivors through advocacy, accountability, and awareness has driven her to innovate and implement effective, evidence-based strategies for intervention and support.

Abi's background includes a degree in nonprofit leadership and extensive experience in grant writing and program development. She has built strong relationships with local law enforcement, healthcare providers, and community organizations to the services available to those in need. Her passion for this work stems from a belief in the power of community collaboration and the importance of providing survivors with the tools and support they need to heal and rebuild their lives.

At Bridgeway Survivor Services, Abi leads a team of dedicated professionals and volunteers who are committed to making a real difference in the lives of those affected by violence and abuse. Her vision is to create a safer, more supportive community where every survivor has access to the resources they need to thrive.
