Abi Fairfull is the founder and current CEO of Bridgeway Survivor Services and a dedicated survivor-advocate. With more than eight years of experience in victim services, she has worked alongside survivors, law enforcement, healthcare providers, and community partners to improve access to support and resources across North Carolina.

Driven by a passion for advocacy and community collaboration, Bridgeway was created to help close critical gaps in services for survivors. Her work is rooted in compassion, accountability, and the belief that every person deserves to live a life free from abuse.
